 25% non-refundable deposit required on booking.
Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
 
PAYMENT METHODS Cash - Cheque - Credit Card - Bankers Card.

A 5% charge will be made on all credit card payments.

CANCELLATIONS On cancellation deposit and balance payment will be fortified if the room cannot be re-let. We recommend holiday insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.
 
PLEASE NOTE We do not permit smoking within the cottage.
Please feel free to smoke outside.
Note, mobile phones on some networks will be on roaming charge.
Due to our rural location there are farm animals nearby and as such we cannot accommodate pets.
Cottage is available from 3pm for arrival and to be vacated by 10am on departure.
 
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE DOG OR CAT ALLERGIES We have a dog and cat who are both very friendly and are kept with us in the west wing of the farm in our private accommodation. Please bring appropriate medication if required. Ballathona Farm will not be held liable for any consequent health issues.
